i have just watched the first two episodes of Wilfred staring Elijah Wood Jason Gann but i can't help thinking i should of been watching Wilfred starring Jason Gann, Adam Zwar and Cindy Waddingham
previously i posted that

since then we have had Angry Boys air on BBC 3 but i don't know why they are now sowing the us version of wilfred and not the Australian original . i never really understood  why it is we let the yanks remake shows, (it's money isn't it) are us audiences confused by the existents of other countrys will there brains not except an englishmen not waring a hat (bowler or top) or a Australian without corks hanging off his. i am shore most Americans are not that thick but there TV executives clearly find it hard to believe.
and if I'm in the UK watching Wilfred USA is Australia  watching Life on Mars USA or Shameless USA . I really hope not

well I'm  off to make a British version of How I Met Your Mother staring Simon Amstell as Ted, Emma Watson as Lily, Simon Bird as Marshall, Olga Fedori as Robin, Stephen Fry as Barney and narrated by Brian Blessed

do we need more rubbish on tv?

yes!
some time the would sends you signals and over the past week it has been telling me to get nostalgic for the time when channel  4 filled the night with odd programs and bad movies the first signal i was sent was in the form of Joe Cornish constantly popping up on fillm4 to promote his first feature film Attack the Block
it was the low budget The Adam and Joe Show that kick off the night with a bad movie rounding the night off which brings me to the next signal sent to me from above

when in a charity shop with my brother he pulled this guy out of a bucket of action figures 

for those of you how don't know this is The Toxic Avenger the savior Tromaville where a good number of these fantastic bad film were set. 

with more tv channels than ever we should have a b-movie Smörgåsbord to fill up on but instead we get the repeats of the same programs that was in the daytime

so my massage to the tv executives of the world is if you must fill the schedule with rubbish can we please have a bigger variety of rubbish to pick from

do you live in the uk and want to save £145.50 a year then maybe it's time to kill your tv.

last month i furnish my nonexistent house for the price of a sofa bed now i siting on the floor in my fictional house and im bored time to entertain myself for the price of a uk colour TV Licence
now i'm using a computer with broadband and a dvd play so i could just blow £145.50 on dvd if i wanted to or even make to with youtube and keep the £145.50 in the bank but were would be the fun it that

i did try to spend the last £1.35 on a secondhand copy of The Catcher in the Rye to get me in the mood for assassination, but could only find it at £1.46 or higher but I'm saving 145.50 next year so i don't a 11p overspend is too bad

telly box 1:10 O'Clock Live

10 O'Clock Live see the four presenters of channel 4's Alternative Election Nigh (Charlie Brooker, Jimmy Carr, Lauren Laverne and David Mitchell) return with a weekly hourlong show running for 15 weeks. it's good to see a current affairs show which is both grown up and funny unlike the mindless info-vomit of the one show and live from studio five. but i can't help thinking that four presenters into a hour is a tight fit and that the interviews and debate was cut short one of the presenters could fire of a scripted piece to camera. but this is only baste on the first episode so we may see some tweaking over the coming weeks
